I had such a great experience at this location. I never write reviews, but I just had to. I went in to actually just look, I wasn’t going to buy anything. The sales associates Ashtin and Eddy were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel welcome. They asked questions, were genuinely interested and showed the importance of great customer service. I left with my complimentary engraving and a gift wrapped bag. When I got home, I noticed Ashtin left a handwritten note! I can’t wait to go back and buy more!

The customer service was AMAZING!! I felt like I had a VIP experience; it was like I had my own personal shopper. They’re very informative and offer great insight without being pushy. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
