Its very rare that you have such a positive experience with a recruitment agency. As a South African coming into the UK job market I anticipated to be treated as “other”. This was proven to be true in a number of interactions with a number of agencies over the course of my unemployment. This was certainly NOT the case with Excel Recruitment. The professionalism, fast turnaround time with any query, supportive phone calls and impromptu check-ins speak volumes. You are part of the family. They supported me right up to my permanent employment and continued to be extremely helpful well after. Another rare attribute that agencies often forget. After sales is what gets the next customer. I wish them the very best of success and hope they continue to hold that bar as high as I have come to experience. Well done!

I have been consistently impressed with the whole teams attitude since the first day I was contacted for a position that was suited to me. Excel recruitment were invaluable in helping me to secure work earlier this year when all other agencies were letting me down. Communication was excellent as was the advice and interview prep they gave me. I was also well looked after by them during my work placement. I loved the company I ended up working at and never would have come across them if not for Excel. I would recommend them to anyone.
