I have been living at Newburyport Crossing for nearly 3 years now and I love it here! The building is new, well constructed, and beautifully designed. Management staff (Rebecca and Carla) are always friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance is excellent (Kevin is the best!). The complex is minutes to the train station, directly across the street from the Rail Trail, and only a 20-minute walk to downtown Newburyport and the waterfront. I have lived at several apartment complexes over the years, but Newburyport Crossing is, by far, the best!

Newburyport Crossing is like living in a beautiful hotel. The management and maintenance staff are exceptional. Carla and Rebecca are super accommodating with the special issues I have had. Kevin, who is the Swami/Guru in charge of building maintenance and the”keeping everyone happy” department has been extremely helpful in explaining how all the appliances work and has taken steps to make my apartment safer for me to navigate [I have Parkinson’s]. A huge thank you to all of you at Newburyport Crossing!

I’ve called Newburyport Crossing home for three years, and every moment has been wonderful. Carla, Rebecca, and Kevin make an incredible team, always going above and beyond. The location and living spaces are unbeatable in the charming town of Newburyport!
