Weird weird weird interaction with Oliver Nissi. He reached out to me about a job, I asked for a job description. He didn’t answer but asked me my preferred salary. I told him and asked what the full range was. He never told me. He emailed me a “job description” which was a weridly formated series of bullet points that still didn’t say the name of the company… He gave me a call and spoke in circles the whole time. It took him 15 mintues to tell me that the job has no benefits for 3 months (including health insurance) and that they *might* be able to make my salary work. I said I would be interested in speaking with the company directly to ask them some questions. By this point, it felt like he was detering me from the job and telling me that they wouldn’t be able to answer those questions. I looked up the company and the website looked incredibly fake. Other than their website and linkedin page, I couldn’t find any information about the company. I wrote to Oliver at the end of the call (once we decided to not move forward) saying that the call was confusing and felt like a scam. He told me he was very proud of his work and and when someone raises 2-3 concerns, it’s difficult to “overcome them.” Then he said “I think the biggest concern you had (at the end of our conversation) was you could not go 1 day without health insurance.” Duh… I wrote back and said “Please make these conditions clear during phone calls with others” and that it’s a valid concern to not have health insurance. I said I no longer wished to work with him.

Sharing an extremely negative and disappointing experience with a recruiter named Oliver Nissi. On two separate occasions, he contacted me, asked several questions, and stated that he would get back to me with an update—only for him to never follow through. Additionally, he scheduled appointments that he did not attend and failed to provide any notice or explanation for his absence. When I reached out to inquire about his lack of communication, he paradoxically responded by saying, “I do not need to deal with somebody that doesn’t respect my time,” before abruptly hanging up on me. Given this behavior, I cannot trust this company to represent me well with potential employers. This experience has left me frustrated and disheartened. Very unprofessional, to say the least.

I had an extremely negative experience with ClinLab Staffing, specifically with a new staffer named Jacob. Initially, I was contacted multiple times per day—receiving 4-5 calls, along with numerous emails and texts—about a job opportunity Jacob claimed I was “perfect for.” This level of contact was overwhelming and unprofessional, especially since it included daily calls asking for updates. Despite the frequent communications and discussions about the job, the communication suddenly stopped without any explanation. After this intensive contact, they completely ghosted me. I’ve tried reaching out through texts, calls, and emails to get an update on the job position, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. This experience has been not only frustrating but also disrespectful of my time and professional interests. If you’re approached by ClinLab Staffing for potential opportunities, I would recommend saving yourself the time and energy by blocking them immediately.
