Lucy contacted me shortly after applying for a position and was very pleasant and professional. She told me about the position, and where it is located and was I still interested. She sent my resume, asked when i could interview, sent out the invites. Lucy got on the call long enough to make sure we got connected and logged off. Then call after to see how the interview went.
