I called and asked for a quote on clearing out a partial area of my land and a representative called me back and just started spewing some prices without letting me explain just what I was seeking. Its really bad when an employee just says what he wants and not paying any attention to what the customer is seeking and the company loses a job (client) due to poor communication. This is one place that I will not rely on nor will I suggest this company to my family who is in the process of buying land in North Carolina.

To me, the sign of a great company is what happens when there is a problem. We had an issue pop up today and it would have been very easy for Chris to push it off and say not my problem. Instead, Chris acted with integrity and sent someone out immediately just so my customer wouldnt be too disrupted. Many thanks Chris!

First of all my wife and I share the same email. This is Tom Lewis speaking and my wife has no part in this review, Cleland site prep trucks simply don’t have any regard for the property of others. About a week ago they were bringing heavy equipment in to clear a building lot 2 doors down from my place and throughly messed up my lawn. They brought the equipment in on big flat bed trailers and they rode their trucks up over my lawn as they tried to swing the corner. I latter caught one of their drivers up on the lawn down the street and he said it was impossible for two trucks to get around each other. I just got a ton of lip from him, no concern at all for the damage done. I tried calling Cleland and was simply put off by the administrative assistant with a promise the “Mr Clealand” would call back (never happened”. Today they brought the same piece of equipment into the same lot but parked the trailer down the street where it is undeveloped and drove the machine passed my house with no problems. MY QUESTION IS WHY DOESN’T CLEALAND CARE UNTIL THEY GET CAUGHT!!! I hope anyone reading this review does not utilize their services and everyone should watch there property anytime they are working nearby,
