I just have to give Brie Ortize a huge shout out for being a super star at this location. I remember getting a job at Genie but didn’t have the correct shoes and she agreed to wait for me at the office to hook me up with a pair even though it was Thanksgiving week and I bet she had things to go handle. While at this job I see her weekly walking around with interviewees and giving an in-depth explanation of what work life could be for them. Anytime I call and need something handled, the conversation is always easy to enjoy and I walk away satisfied. Do just a huge thank you to Brie for being a superstar there. Keep up the great work.

The staff here is highly incompetent and can’t seem to follow up on commitments. I had given an interview and was told i would be contacted by a recruiter soon. However 2 days passed and i didn’t receive any calls or emails. After me making a follow up call the recruiter brie said lets make an appointment at 11:30 the next day and i agreed to it. The next day there was no call from her which just shows lack of professionalism. So I decided to call them at 12:30 and another guy caleb picked up the call and said Brie is in a meeting and she’ll be calling me soon. Guess what? No calls again. So I decided to give it some time and called after 3 days and asked for an update on my application after which one of the recruiters said brie is on her lunch break and will call me soon. And even then i did not receive any calls from them and after calling the 5th time they inform me that the position is filled. This whole experience has been nightmarish and highly frustrating. Please avoid this agency at all costs.

Very unprofessional. You’re given the option to turn down a job assignment if upon starting the assignment you feel it’s not a good fit you but please be aware you will most definitely be blackballed or offered 2 or 3 day assignments at minimum pay. The recruiters will give you the run around and completely waste your time. Possible bigotry also. It’s unfortunate that immature young adults are placed in a position to be able to determine one’s employment status.
