I went to coastal concepts for about 5 years. The last time I went there was 10 years ago and I announced to Lisa that I was moving to Florida. I asked her if she had any contacts down in area of Florida U was moving to and she got really nasty with me and said, “why would I give you any contacts when you bought your hair systems online for a cheaper price?” I had gone here for years and had great service and that 1 moment Was uncalled for. She didn’t mind me so much when I was coming in there and paying her to have my hair cut and styled including a tip on every trip once a month. And that coming from a guy who didn’t make very much money at the time. UPDATE! The owner at the time was LISA. she claimed my review was bogus. Nope! I don’t make random reviews on companies that I had no dealing with, LISA! Maybe you should be more respectful to your customers.

I’ve been a client of someone in this field for over 35 years. This is my current spot and I can tell you this, I will never leave. I know how confidentiality is very important to us…well, it is even more important to Lisa and her staff. They handle it with the utmost sensitivity! The staff is highly skilled, making sure that all of our needs and concerns are addressed. Did I mention courteous, friendly, and FUN?!! I always leave with a smile on my face.

Lisa and her staff are completely about the needs of the client. They take the time to learn about your likes and dislikes and offer a variety of options to meet your expectations. In comparison to other ‘clubs’, they know how to cut and style the hair with today’s styles. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to make the change to a local hair replacement company to give them a call.
