Clarity is the best recruitment firm I have ever worked with. Helen and Clare listen to what a candidate wants and needs and then go out of their way to guide them to the right role/ company for them. They try to find the correct fit for candidates and the company’s that are recruiting and are there every step of the way to contract and beyond. They are upfront and honest whilst instilling confidence and showing complete understanding of how complex it can be to find the right fit for employee/employer. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I spoke to Helen about an opportunity and within a week I had the job. She was very through and prepared me for the interviews. I applied for a job, and booked a call with Claire, even though I was not experienced enough for the role I applied for she ran through mybcv and gave me very good advice on how to present my CV and even gave me advice through her utube channel.
I am so chuffed with my CV now . I feel that I am employable without having to write a book, my CV was 7 pages btw and got it down to 5 pages with no renum and all for free I forgot even her time she spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me and asked for nothing. Thank you Clare I would highly reccomrnded her services 5 star.
