Christabel and Richard were friendly and supportive throughout the entire application process. Even when issue arose during the application process Christabel was quick to resolve issues and offer support. Highly recommend!

City grad were really helpful throughout the whole process up until after the assessment centre. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the role – once I was informed of this the recruiter became really unprofessional. I was told I would get feedback and I’m yet to receive any (this was a year ago) – this is extremely unprofessional, and providing feedback is the bare minimum from any recruiter/company. I was also told by citygrad multiple different things about being paid expenses and had my emails ignored for 6 weeks regarding this until I emailed again, so it took 2 months for me to even hear anything back about this. Particularly as a student at the time this was really frustrating for me. I completely understand that this these delays may have been due to fault of the company and not citygrad, however the recruiter was my only point of contact and it was their responsibility to inform me of any delays in feedback and expenses, which they do not do. At a bare minimum they should reply to emails – they were more than happy to reply to my emails within the hour prior to be being rejected! Sad to say I would not recommend city grad at all and was left extremely disheartened and disappointed by this experience. Unfortunately I think this represents poor standards across many recruiters – they only care about the commission they get from a candidate and all respect is lost once a candidate no longer has the potential to make them any money!
