Unfortunately, my experience working at Choice One did not meet my expectations. While a fortnightly bonus was offered as an incentive, despite consistently meeting the requirements, working more than 38 hours per week and taking no days off during the specified period (two weeks) I rarely received the bonus. I repeatedly requested detailed information about the payment cycles but never received a clear response.
During my 5 or 6 months with the company, I also noticed that my salary was never increased, even though some of my colleagues received pay raises.
The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promises made this a disappointing experience. I hope the company improves its communication and fairness in the future.

I required a LV mechanic to cover 4 months of medical and annual leave. Helen was wonderful and within 4 days I had someone with the right quals, DA test and references started. He was great, turned up every day, and made a valuable contribution to the team. Thanks – recommended.
