Choosing Lisa and Traveller’s Mailbag is the smartest professional decision I’ve made. I’ve recommended her services to several friends and neighbors. Many Sausalito residents travel for work and pleasure and it is comforting to know that packages and mail are delivered and held safely. Lisa Browne is kind, efficient and intuitive. She knows when to call me when important or timely items arrive. She knows, for example, to forward my ballot, DMV registration, and invitations that arrive during the weeks that am temporarily living away from Sausalito, and keeps other deliveries safe until I return. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful mail service. I have used them for over three years now as I moved from the US. Lisa does a fantastic job storing my mail and also informing me if anything important comes in. She will scan and send it to me if important. I highly recommend them for all your mail service and secure post box needs.Angela

John and Lisa take excellent care of all my mailing needs. Local business, incredibly friendly, and they haven’t dropped the ball even once in all the years we’ve been together.
They were also calling themselves “essential workers” from COVID day 1, long before anyone else used the term, in order to ensure everyone’s deliveries continued despite all the uncertainties of the pandemic.
Pro tip for new clients: be thoughtful, don’t leave your packages lying around forever.
