I had an excellent experience working with Kelly. I was looking for an apartment for my son, and the Collective is a great alternative to a roommate situation. I was able to schedule a tour with Kelly right away, and she showed me a couple of available units as well as the common areas, which include a nice modern kitchen on each floor. Everything was modern, up to date, and clean. Kelly was super helpful, communicative, and responsive with the application process and getting the lease signed. She was professional and helpful throughout.

Kelly has been an invaluable asset in my transition to The Collective as a tenant.
