Classic testing center. Overall good experience. To find it, when entering the building look for the red elevators, then use the tablet to select floor 1. That is where the center is located. I was a bit nervous as there were some bad reviews, however it’s just like any other testing center. I did not find it to be loud, yes there are people coming in and out which can cause some noise, but this is no different than any other center I’ve been to. All of the staff I encountered were kind, helpful, and respectful (not noisy or anything like I’ve seen in previous reviews). I found the chairs in the testing room to be comfortable. The provide noise canceling headphones phones which block out most noise. They also allow you to bring a plastic water bottle as long as the label is removed. There is only one single stall bathroom (women/mens each have one) but I surprisingly did not have issues with having to wait for a while. Good luck!

Took an exam here on one of the hottest days in June. No AC in testing room, it was so hot, no air moving. 1 toilet in total, non stop flushing water, no paper towels. One of the female staff so mean and rude to candidates, attempted to decline water on hottest day with no AC, would snap back when asked to repeat. Needs renovation asap and staff that wants to work there.

I was nervous to go here after reading the reviews but it was closet to my house, so I booked my test here. I didn’t have any problems here. The bathroom was close to the testing room, staff was kind and helpful. The only issue was the GPS took me to the backdoor where the garage is. The actual front door is down the street, closer to the beginning of the block near a jewelry store… I attached photos hopefully it helps. Also, they allow you to bring a plastic water bottle inside the testing room as long as it’s clear and has no wrapper. Good luck!
