Front desk staff is fast and friendly. Easy to deal with the loading dock accessible from Lower Wacker. The elevators are adequate. The restrooms are well maintained. No issues getting Internet or phone service into the building.

For being in the big city it is a really nice view. Must visit downtown Chicago at least once if you haven’t. You won’t regret it.

300 South Wacker is an office building in the South loop, kitty-corner to the Sear’s Tower, uh I mean Willis Tower, or whatever they call it today. Floors are about 15,000 square feet and can hold approximately 90 people. Elevators are smart and fast. Staff is friendly and helpful.
