Chartwell is the catering at my college and they really do suck. The food is for the most part under or over cooked and sometimes barely edible. There are things that they don’t even fix till like 3 weeks later and they have a boost mobile app that doesn’t even work. Every weekend in the west dinning hall they do it and it’s so inefficient. I order and then I don’t get my food till like 30 minutes later. What if I’m running late somewhere and I can’t rely on it to get it on time. I even go with a friend and we order at the same time and sometimes I don’t get the food till 20 minutes after my friend does. Terrible service and even worse food for the the SUPER expensive prices they offer. I would never recommend.

Since applying with Chartwell. Kelly the recruiter has been so helpful. She found me a temp to hire job. That has great pay and benefits. She keeps an open communication if you need her or have any questions. Highly recommend chartwell for employment. Ask for Kelly she is awesome !!!

I had to call off due to TMobile not posting my payment for 7 days. So I got a phone call saying that my assignment has ended. Chartwell has been very rude and inconsiderate along with the business I was with. Do NOT work for this company. The woman here treat people like they are nothing and think its ok to disrespect their workers by firing them for 1 call off for something highly important. And one of their assignments will have you secretly doing work the NRA. Why does it have to be such a secret if its such a nice place to work? Correct answer: It isint.
