No help at all. In fall 2023, in anticipation of moving to CT, I uploaded my resume to their website and didn’t hear back. Later, during a short visit to the area (prior to my move) I went to their office in person. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Elaine Kaiser was willing to meet with me. I gave her my resume and she said she’d let me know if they found anything. About a week and a half later I called and left a message, asking if they had any possible leads for me. No reply. About 2 weeks later, another employee called me to ask if I was still looking for work and I said yes. I never heard from them again. It’s pretty obvious that this employment agency doesn’t do anything but keep your resume “on file” and then hope that you just go away. I did eventually find a good job, no thanks to Kaiser Whitney.

Elaine at Kaiser Whitney placed me in my first temporary staffing assignment at The Hartford Law Tribune. It was this opportunity that gave me the experience to get my first full-time job in NYC at Cartier. Now- 23 years later, I am a small business owner and Elaine continues to provide excellent service. She connects us with wonderful temporary staff when we need it and continues to keep her eye out for people -who she believes would be a good fit for my company.
