Don’t work with Panicia Stroski, a smug, rude and unprofessional woman. As a business owner I’ve used Robert Half in the past and I even hired one of their temps full time (and paid a fee). I have given Robert Half quite a bit of money.
But because I didn’t make a decision fast enough about hiring a temp worker, Panicia cancelled my order and was very rude in her communications with me.
She seems like she should be a back office worker with no contact with the customer. She has no idea how to act professionally with business owners and shouldn’t be the “practice director”, maybe someone who opens mail.

They found me a job very quickly. I had ups and downs processing the documents because I was on my CPT period, however Joann helped me a lot being supportive and patient.

In my most recent experience with them they always send emails about jobs with no one to respond or its simply you didn’t get the job because I didn’t press send on my email first, They need more details offered to their potential clients about the position they’re being contacted about, when you call in they usually transfer you to someone with little to no action coming from a conversation, I honestly have them as a backup staffing company because the jobs sound good but hardly reachable unlike my experience with Aerotek.
