As a family run business for almost 10 years, about a year ago we were ready to bring in someone that could manage the day to day so we could operate in our strengths. We attempted to fill this role on our own and wouldn’t say it was a complete failure but needless to say, we were not successful. CEO Inc. was mentioned to us early on by a mutual friend.
