Annual sale of plants, flowers, vegetables and herbs. I have been coming to this sale for 4-5 years. And I am always under the charm and the feeling of welcome from all the students and employees who work at this event. Here are my tips for a successful day when you go there. Do NOT bring your children, babies or carriages. Even if it’s kid friendly. 1-It’s very hot inside, it’s greenhouses in full sun. 2-there are a lot of people…like a market super crowded flea market.3-It’s not like Rona. People all take boxes with both arms and fill them. 4-The aisles of the greenhouses are small and people push you on your back to move forward; the children are often hit. IMAGINE your arms full, not able to move hot…every year I see mothers in despair. Parking is inside, beyond the barriers. There are always smart people who park on the side of the road and have to walk far to come back and put their plans in the car. Be patient and wait for the gates to open and the people on foot to go first, I promise it will be worth it. I took lots of photos to give an idea and see what kind of prices to expect.
Updated: 2018-09-22 5th Star because I learned that there is always an official sale the day before for staff, teachers etc. Despite all this work, the staff (students) and regular employees are still so friendly, kind and knowledgeable, etc. I will come back to it again and again, I have been doing it for several years already.
