Terrible institution, though I guess that’s just the state of trade unions in the country as a whole. Let companies abuse the workers as slaves, paying pennies, but claim they can’t change anything because the share of union companies is small, which by the way is supposed to be the very thing they should be changing, but instead they ‘re bewildered at the union membership being at the lowest point it’s been in decades.
Keep this up and electricians will meet the fate of carpenters. Think twice before becoming another slave for these people.
