This place is either questionable or flat out don’t actually help individuals find jobs. I had an interview on April 4, 2022 for a funeral home. I was told the application would be sent through and I’d hear back in about a week. I didn’t. I assumed I didn’t get the job. I received a rejection email May 4, 2022, stating after much deliberation, another person was chosen. This was 4 weeks and 2 days from the interview, I let that be known in my email I sent after reading this. I was then told that this company is “at the mercy of our client” and they, were in fact the ones who took 30 days to hire someone. This is a boldface lie. No place takes that long to decide on someone if there are more than one person to pick from, nor should they take that long to respond. Unprofessional on their part big time. Go elsewhere for temp job services.

I went to this company seeking a great employment career in return I was treat with unfair judgment ,mislead, and lied too by the recruiter and yelled at for calmly explaining the situations of 2014. 1st job (temp employer) drunk supervisor. 2nd job (temp employer) force extreme work conditions on workers. 3rd job (temp employer) redirected a job out of my county.So, it lead me back to the main office at certified. Shawn mislead me to believe he was diligently Seeking a more suitable employer which was a lie. I called in 2016 ,not knowing this judgment was made against me.Finding out he was personally making sure I would not further my career with any future companies seeking good electricians. I stayed calm and explained the choices of the jobs was not fit for my career. I ask him to stop yelling and he asked me who did I speak too about another job, then he called me back letting me know I will not continue any further jobs with anyone else at certified. I calming listened to some one who clearly focused on my well being. I asked him how many people have walked away from those same jobs? He would not answer and continued with his rant until he hung up. Is this how certified conduct towards their workers?

The best staffing agency period. If your professional and respectful and take pride in yourself they can help you find your ideal job. My very first job in operations was through this company back in 1997. Move forward 2014 my ideal operations job shjft supervisor through this company. Remember in life you get back what you put in. Always remember you get one chance to make a first impression. Walk in with a bad attitude would you send someone like this to a client? Think before your speak because once something passes your lips not even god can retract it. Now that Im using this agency for my staffing needs.
