My previous posts had a 1 star rating.I keep forgetting to add the star ratings. PLEASE IGNORE my 1 star ratings!!!! ICS is a great company. They deserve a 5 star rating. The team at ICS has always been quick to respond to any issue we may have had with out IT services. They provide competent and professional support with calmness and understanding when the issue at hand is usually stressful for our small company. They provide a great peace of mind.

Learning computers when you didn’t grow up with them was difficult but I learned.
I was extremely thankful when our company obtained Integrated Computer Services as our IT people years ago.
No matter what help I needed, they never made me feel my question wasn’t important or silly.
I now feel confident working with computers, because If something goes wrong, I knew I could call/email ICS and they are always there to help.
