Just now spoke to a woman named joy in reception. Was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken to. First she answered the phone laughing and still mid conversation. Then put me through to a number that has been disconnected. Then when I called back she continuously spoke over me while I was trying to ask a question and seemed more interested in forwarding me to someone else. You would think that the people working the front desk would be able to answer basic questions yeah? Then when I asked for the number of someone else to call she told me to email, and “maybe” someone would get back to me but nobody was in the office “because it’s Friday”
Rude, condescending and could barely understand what she was saying through her accent.
Perhaps some re-training is in order hmm?
