Literally zero training so instead of teaching you how they want you to behave they expect you to already be aware of the protocols and fire you easily.
I explained that I felt racially targeted and instead of reassuring me that wasn’t the case, Sophie fired me for speaking out on injustice. For some reason I was also called a mud worm on my payslip , never got an apology or even an explanation. Just fired for bringing it up to her that I felt targeted. If you’re young and I would advise you to steer clear as she doesn’t treat staff like actual human beings.
