I found CareerOne to be very helpful in finding me the right candidate for my business.
The quality of applicants I received was much better than the other job boards out there.
Also spoke to the team at CareeOne on a couple of occasions to edit and change my ad and they were very accommodating with prompt responses. Great work.

A sales rep from Career One rang me and explained they could assist fill the position we were advertising on Seek. The sales person explained they were the fastest growing recruitment company and would soon be bigger than seek. I rejected their offers several times before they came back with an offer which provided a basic listing and 20 applicants guaranteed. They did say they might not quite have 20 for the position we were looking to fill but lead me to believe they had a good number of suitable applicants. After agreeing and paying the fee we did not receive one suitably qualified applicant. I have since complained and said i felt i was totally deceived, someone from the company rang me and sympathized with my position yet nothing was done. I own a SME and I’ll never use Career one again and could not recommend this company to anyone as in my experience they simply make false promises and don’t deliver.

Advertised here, paid over $200 when the job hadn’t even gone live. I got about 3 applications and unfortunately none of them were interested in accepting the job. Advertised the same job with Indeed then got over 50 applications with great applicants and paid only $25! Never ever going with Careerone again!
