Carebridge provide an amazing service in the Medway area that assists with patients being able to leave hospital when medically fit when no other care provider is available. Allowing them to be at home where they belong with family and going above and beyond to ensure all care needs are met and that everyone is happy. It’s a great team to work with very professional and this has been reflected in the amazing feedback so far.

Very dishonest and unprofessional agency ..Any nurses wishing to work for them stay clear. ..They made me waste time and money gathering all relevant documents only to find out there was no work.. Fake Jobs….😲….This is illegal….and bad practice i think theres only 2_3 people running this agency and don’t think they have knowledge in the healthcare sector.. .Run for the hills….

We were given carebridge to attend mum at home after leaving hospital, I was sceptical if I’m honest because we’ve used carers before, carebridge have been amazing, very professional, very knowledgeable of mums needs, nothing is to much trouble , extremely kind and caring and the whole team is very friendly and approachable, both mum and ihave found them such great support to us both, mum is disabled and has dementia, there care and support has taken a great deal of stress from me, I’m hoping to carry on with them, mum is also alot happier within herself and looks forward to there visits , can not recommended them enough
