I am writing to share my disappointing experience specifically concerning the conduct of one of their recruiters, Maria Marin. Recently, I received an email from Maria that was not only unprofessional but also inappropriate in tone and content.
In the email, Maria criticized my professionalism in an unnecessarily harsh manner, despite the fact that I secured a job through another agency quickly and efficiently. Her approach was condescending and failed to acknowledge the positive outcome of my job search, which contradicts her negative assessment of my capabilities.
The manner in which Maria handled this situation was far from professional. I hope care first will address this issue to ensure that other candidates do not have a similar experience.
Overall, I am satisfied with the agency that ultimately placed me, but my interaction with Maria left much to be desired.
