My encounter with the employment agency was abysmal. Communication was virtually non-existent, payments were consistently delayed, and their people skills were shockingly poor. From the beginning to the end, it was a dreadful experience. Despite having dealt with numerous agencies before, none have come close to the level of incompetence displayed by this one. Working with Ajay was nothing short of a nightmare.If you value your sanity AVOID THIS AGENCY at all cost

I am very pleased to be writing a review for Carbon recruitment in in particular for Connor O’Sullivan. He found me a teaching position in FE in a very short time last year. This year he has already set me up with an interview and is searching for that ideal position for me in FE, with a good salary, close to where I live and where I can teach chemistry. He is doing a great job and I encourage him to continue with his approach in finding potential applicants their new placements in Secondary schools and in further education. Well done Connor!

This agency comes across as desperate and uninformed. I never engaged with anyone here or said I was open to new role. They call and email me constantly though I have asked specifically for them to take me off their call list and email contacts on 3 separate occasions. But every month or so they come knocking for a role I would never be qualified for. Irritating and off-putting at the least. I would categorize this organization as no more than walking, talking spam.
