I work for Capital for a year as a temp to hire I am now a full time employee with full benefits. I started driving the same night after completing the hiring process. The pay rates are fair and driver support is good. If you are a good driver with a good MVR, current medical card, and can pass a drug screening. They have plenty of work for you. They kept me busy. Thank capital you guys are awesome 👍🏾

I’ve been a driver for them for the past few months. I am very happy with the pay considering I have 5+ years of CDL class A experience. They have everything very well organized and under control.
It is very easy to follow their instructions and I love the idea of working for different companies temporarily because I get to learn how other transportation companies operates which in return is very important to make a well informed decision if I ever would like to get hired for an specific company permanently.
I wish I knew about them right after my first year of OTR tractor trailer experience. My CDL journey would’ve been much more pleasant and easier.

They are a mess they make you pee they go through the whole process and then tell you that you are not eligible at the end of the day don’t get in here this is an agency don’t waste your time.
