Extremely unprofessional and dishonest agency.‼️🚨‼️ I worked with this agency for one week, and they illegally withheld $300 from my pay with zero explanation or valid reason. There was no written agreement supporting this, and they completely ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. One of the major problems with this agency is their very poor English communication. They often don’t understand basic questions or legal terms, and they are clearly not prepared to provide proper contracts or clear expectations—either for clients or for workers. If you’re a worker: avoid this agency at all costs. They will waste your time and steal your money. If you’re a client: be warned that they are disorganized and unreliable. You will not get the professionalism or clarity you expect. Completely unacceptable experience. Never again. I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding a series of deeply concerning issues I have experienced while communicating with your agency. Firstly, I was sent two different contracts by your representative, whose name I can provide upon request. I did not agree with the first contract due to specific terms (especially in Section 18). When I reached out to the representative to express my disagreement, I was shocked when she responded by asking who sent me the contract — despite the fact that it clearly came from her own email address. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I even asked whether someone else had access to her laptop or email and whether my personal information (such as my SIN and private data) had been accessed by unauthorized individuals. She did not respond to this question, but instead, she sent me a new contract without any explanation. I have all emails and documented evidence that prove both contracts were sent by the same person and that I never approved the first one. I want to make it absolutely clear that I have lived in Canada for 10 years, I am a Canadian citizen, and I always follow all legal and tax requirements. I provided every document that was requested of me, and my file is complete and transparent. When I received the second contract and was asked to confirm again, I made it clear that I did not want to work with your agency. My decision was based on the following reasons: 1. Extremely poor communication skills of the representative. 2. Lack of professionalism and clarity in your process. 3. Suspicion regarding the security of my private information. 4. Lower pay compared to my previous agency — a difference of $300, which I find unfair. I also emphasized that I have the right to choose who I work with, and I chose not to continue with your company. To make things worse, I recently discovered that the representative published my personal pay information in a public Google review — this is a serious breach of privacy, unprofessional, and potentially illegal.

I had a truly excellent experience with Career Connections Canada Inc. The team was incredibly supportive, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I’d especially like to thank Zag for her prompt and kind assistance during my employment verification—her help made all the difference! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and efficient recruitment partner.

SCAM* SCAM* Really bad experience totally unprofessional. I did one shift at EATON,Milton date April 03, 2025. Didn’t get paid. My recruiter name PARDEEP KAUR. I tried to contact her, email her, she stopped picking my phone no reply from her side. After waiting this long still nothing. Even I did one complete shift still need to get paid properly. There was no explanation from her side I don’t know who’s fault is this. She mentioned that it’s going to be a forklift job. 50% forklift 50% hand picking. When I reached at EATON nothing like that all day general labour. That was the reason to leave. Firstly they are looking for a full-time person with at least on permanent residence status with 5 years experience. I never have any issue like this on my past job. Bad experience totally unprofessional. As a Canadian citizen for me this is a scam. They need to realize people have bills to pay, need to run there houses. Just a suggestion for others Think twice before applying through this AGENCY. Feel free to contact I have all the evidence, email, job card having my picture on it. Have a great day ahead
