Their workers executed work across the street and every morning for days on end BLAST their music with their employees singing loudly as of 7:30AM…I understand needing to make noise early in the morning in order to get work done, but the lack of respect for neighbors and the neighborhood that they work in is honestly baffling. It sounds like a block party. 0/5 stars for professionalism and respect

I have now used Cam for two separate projects, and both were expertly done. Having worked with both foremen Roland and Max, my experience has been one of attention to detail, care, and quick response. They have assisted in our restoration of the Montreal landmark, “Cadieux House” on Gouin Est., and this was no simple task. It included structural engineering work, roof, and stone work. Every possible care was taken to protect the building, its gardens, and create a first rate finished product. Also, as the president of the Syndicat Copropriété 1216 Saint Hubert, I was responsible for selecting a construction company to repoint our exterior wall, excavate the front of the building, and seal and reinforce the foundation. The quote came in, was accepted, and the work began as soon as the permits were acquired. They completed work quickly, did a reasonable clean up, and to my knowledge have done an excellent job. The restoration work on the 150 year old architectural masonry and foundation was expertly done without damage to the structure or the delicate facade. Interior work was also completed with the utmost respect for the tenant’s private space and personal belongings in what could have been a very invasive and damaging process of masonry repair. If you choose CAM, be sure to request Roland or Max as your lead contractor. They were always available for consultation and present for the work. Nothing was done without our permission. Very satisfied customer.

Everything and everyone was helpful and synchronized. The new roof was installed In between snow and bad weather. It was Amazing! Thank you for all your help!
