The Skills for the Industry Course has provided invaluable knowledge and resources for job hunting, from CV and cover letter writing to interview preparation. Callcentre People is also well-networked in the contact centre industry, connecting graduates with real-world work environments. I recommend this course to those with no previous work experience as well as individuals seeking a career change or opportunities in different industries.

I enjoyed my time here. It made me re-evaluate myself on my previous career choices and gain more knowledge within the industry. Kayla, Leone and Lina helped me recognize my potential, and helped me utilize my past skills into a new role. They were easy going, relaxed, understanding and supportive. I would 100% recommend this course to those wishing to enter the contact center industry, as the support and training CCP offers is excellent. Thank you guys so much.

The Call Centre People have a great 3 week course that help you be better equipped in the job hunting process. Kayla, Leonie and Lina were lovely and so helpful. They teach you skills to be better equipped in the job hunting process, whether that’s CV writing or how to answer interview questions. I would Highly recommend!
