I applied for a position on seek and was notified within 24 hours. I never had any recruitment experience but have 38 years administration experience. I relocated to Mt Isa from the Atherton Tablelands and I started off as the receptionist, and within 2 weeks I became a Recruitment Officer. 6 months on, and I am now the Training Coordinator. The team at CRS are amazing, they are friendly, approachable and such a great team to work with. They really do work as a team to ensure the onboarding process is done as quickly as possible to ensure staff are onsite ASAP. I recommend anyone wanting to be in the mining industry to make contact.

I strongley recommend Calibre resourcing solutions as they have streamlined me into new career and aided me in relocating for my new job. Always at the other end of the phone if you need them, which goes long way. If your looking at getting into the mining game I would definitely start here.

Don’t go there if you are on a WHV. I introduced myself and they just gave me this look, telling me they are only working with permanents on a 5+ years visa. Even though I have a proven track record as engineer 🤷🏼♂️
