When I came to Cadre, I was unexpectedly unemployed. My representative at Cadre was able to find a number of jobs for me to choose from. Some where good choices, some weren’t. My rep used my feedback to find some really great choices. Of those choices, they scheduled 3 interviews. I was selected as a temp on the first interview. It took some time, but once a permanent position at that company opened up, I was selected for the job! I felt Cadre’s communications were always clear. For example, I wondered if I would be paid for a specific holiday, or if I would get something on my year one anniversary. All of that info was available in the manual. My rep checked up on me regularly to see how everything was going. Finally, the website was easy to use. I highly recommend Cadre and urge all job seekers to reach out to them. They will listen to you, learn about who you are, and will not give up on finding a great job for you.

Cadre has been a great experience. I was looking for a temporary job over the winter to help support my finances till I could continue my Lawn Service in the summer. Within one week of providing Cadre details of the work I was looking for, they had lined up a great position for exactly the timeframe I needed. They checked in periodically to make sure the position was continuing to be a good fit throughout my contract and facilitated payment with zero issues.
