Would give 0 stars if it were possible. My grandmother was put into a nursing home after being diagnosed with dementia. The building managers were well aware of this and even still REFUSED TO GIVE BACK THE SECURITY DEPOSIT! Stating they needed 30 days notice. How on God’s green earth are we supposed to provide that when we don’t know until she was in the hospital? So yeah, disgusting practice, no morals, and to be quite honest…the building had an odor and not a pleasant one. Wouldn’t allow a dog stay there let alone a human.

Worst place I ever lived they rented me an apartment they knew floods it flooded 7times and had brown water I couldn’t use the water never fixed it I was able to live there without floods for 7 months within a 2year time period I had to move and I have very serious health problems all the apartments on the 1st floor in the 2nd building flood every 3to4 months they will not replace the pipes

I think this is a great option for renters in PGH 🙂
