I received a letter in Casper, Wyoming, which they opened and scanned. It contained my EIN (Employer Identification Number), which is crucial for any company. So, I asked them to forward it to my home address in Spain. It was taking so long, stuck on the process of USPS, that I requested the USPS receipt so I could file a claim for the lost package. It took 6 emails and 2 days just to get the receipt from AnyTimeMailBox (while it took less of a day to get charge for it), and when I finally received it, I realised the issue wasn’t with USPS, but with their sheer incompetence. I had already my forwarding address on the website before starting the process, and I even reiterated my address during the forwarding process by leaving a comment in the message box that shows up. Yet, they still managed to record it incompletely! Moreover, they put the same incomplete address in the ‘Return To’ section, instead of the address from which it was originally sent! Thus, it’s literally impossible for the letter to either reach me or be returned to the sender due to their incompetence. Essentially, that letter is lost forever. Whoever finds it, can destroy my company in a second. Think twice before doing business with a company of this level, the cheap they might be, well, is for a good reason called incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The best shipping company ever. They helped me taking the art out of frame and saved me a lots of money. They only charged $2.50 of labor fee for all work they did. I expected over $100 shipping cost and ended up only $22. I thought it’s too low for the labor and asked them to charge $10. But they didn’t. They said they charge only $2.50 for every 10 minutes labor. But I think they should charge a minimum fee of $5-10 for first 10 minutes work, then $2.50 for any additional minute to cover overhead and to keep business running.
