After having many years of unsuccessful recruiting for various finance positions a friend recommended Byron. I spoke with Mark who ran me through how they operate and why they tend to have more success than internal recruiters/generic agencies. No pressure, no ‘flannel’ that I’ve been used to hearing over the years. Where I used to have approx 20 CV’s to trawl through where the vast majority or regularly all, were clearly not suitable whenever I needed a vacancy filled, I now get 5 or 6 but of quality applicants who we invariably end up interviewing all as it is clear they have been selected for good reason. So far, all 17 candidates we ended up offering roles to since we switched to Byron, have gone on to be successful employees. Thank you Mark (and indeed Paul as we also deal with him), Jack N CFO.
