Amanda, the manager, is the absolute worst. She is extremely rude, has horrible customer service, and does not train her employees. She came at me with attitude instead of acting like a civil person and explaining the situation with any sort of grace. Worst of all, she revealed the contents of a package I was supposed to pick up to any employee or customer that was in the vicinity. I was told I was able to pick up the package even if my name did not match the shipping label. An employee literally wrote my name on the box saying I would be picking up the package with permission from the owner (who is my fiance). Our addresses did not match because we literally just moved and my fiance explained that over the phone when she initially called in. After the fact, Amanda refused to talk to her on the phone about the situation, and instead she directed my fiance to a 1 (800) number. If you have to deal with Amanda at this location, good luck.

The best UPS Store around! I’m in here at least once, if not twice, a week, and the staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and kind. They always make small talk and make you feel welcome. I genuinely enjoy coming here!

As others have mentioned in their reviews, there is one employee at this location who has been consistently rude in both his negative comments and attitude every time I’ve encountered him. When he is not at the store, the other employees are fine to work with, but the chance of dealing with him makes me want to drive the extra 10 minutes to the next further location south on Sawmill where they are ALWAYS kind, welcoming, and happy to help you. He has loudly said how much he hates dealing with Amazon returns on several different occasions when I’ve been there to do Amazon returns making me feel very uncomfortable and my business very unwanted. I rarely leave reviews but couldn’t let this go any longer after experiencing it yet again. Why do you work at a UPS Store if you don’t want to serve UPS customers, which includes those with Amazon returns? If you have a choice, avoid this specific store. The gentlemen at the other location (7652 Sawmill Rd) are lovely and can be counted on for a positive experience.
