I am very disappointed with this agency. First on the ad it says the salary will be from 3000 and a full time position. Then, the family says we need someone for 25 hours only. Ok, I accepted that, I told them what’s the salary I want (12 euros per hour), which was less than on the Ad. They agreed, next day I sent them all my documents. They wasted my day by calling a hundred times. They just registered me with 40 work hours and only 10 euros brutto!!
I asked them to change that cuz that’s not what we agreed on.
They later somehow pretended they accept that, and still sent me a new email where they write everything I want. I replied to tell them I agree with that. Later they again write another email saying they dont want to work with me. I had a bad feeling from the beginning but anyway I just wanted to give it a try.
Please dont waste your time with such a company!

Lofty words, good onboarding, no follow through or delivery of any candidate within pre-defined spec. Disinterested follow up.
Not worth the premium pricing.

I have to say I was skeptical about recruiting agencies but my experience with Butler Bureau changed that. They have a very professional approach and take the time to understand what their clients really need. We hired a housekeeper through them and it was one of the best decisions. The investment in placement is expensive but the benefits are invaluable. They fit so well into our household that everything runs more smoothly and that’s worth every penny.
