Can’t comment on whether this is even a company or not. No standards maintained as per a company. I had joined a client side role and business fundamentals was a third party vendor company for the payroll purpose.
Pros :
None
Cons :
– There is no process followed as in big/medium companies like induction, informing employees about policies, appraisals or any beginner sessions to get started. Forget about any perks. No medical unless asked for.
– Since my work was for a WFH role, no calling or anything happened on first day. I wasn’t sure till the last moment if I was onboarded or not till the time I connected with my client side team.
– If joining them as a third party vendor company, STAY AWAY and save your time, efforts and money, because they are highly dependent on the payment received from client, they won’t pay you the salary if there is any delay from client side.
– No payroll system in place. They would convince you at the time of joining that everything is followed and all, but don’t trust them. In 9 months tenure with them, hardly 1-2 salaries happened on time, everytime you have to message them for the salary, and then they would give some excuse like it got failed and all and would credit it only after your message.
– Before joining and and if you are working with them, they will talk anything to convince you that they are the best company. Will treat you okay while being associated with them because they are getting good commision for hiring a candidate like you.
However, the moment you decide to move on, you’ll see the most unprofessional and unethical behavior coming your way. You’ll have to follow up 1000 times for relieving letter, salary slips and you’ll get all kinds of excuses you can possibly think of.
– Once you leave the company, forget about the settlement which you’ll never get despite multiple follow ups, no replies to email and instead a very bad attitude will be thrown if you connect them through calls or anything that is their true face.
– The only POC for me was their MD for everything, like salary, ca stuff etc. No accounting team or no other person whatsoever, whenever you ask them for any dedicated team members contact they divert the topic of give some silly excuse. If this one person goes on leave, their entire company operations seem to close like even settling your balances.
In conclusion, it’s the worst company to work for. You might be defrauded of your hard earned money. No professionalism at all. All sweet talks only before joining, but post leaving they won’t think twice before using rude language.
A few high ratings and comments here are from the management people itself. Reach your to their ex employees, you’ll get to know the truth. Didn’t have the option to give 0 stars hence have to give 1.
So be careful and save your time, efforts and money. Don’t fall in their big promises trap.
