O Stars is right! I needed a truck or SUV with a hitch, had to wait 1 hour, 3 other people were waiting for rentals. Then the truck had no hitch because you can’t tow. This is understandable but needed room for a bike, they sent me to a truck locations with big cargo trucks for moving. 🤦🏽‍♂️.. I went to a location near the truck place which gave me a complementary drive and got an SUV with a hitch for a bike… I spent extra money on 2 uber rentals…. The operator has no idea how to successfully motivate staff or have the proper inventory as promised. Tourists be weary of this location. Go to another Enterprise location.

I would choose zero stars but it doesn’t allow me to do that. The Orlando location I went to tried to give me an “upgrade” that had only 5% oil life left and the tire pressure was 29/30 when it should have been 35 and they said that would be fine to drive back to Atlanta. And this was after the original car that I rented at 0356 Alpharetta, 11572 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell GA 30076 had the check engine light come on and broke down on 75 south before the Florida turnpike – I am even more unsatisfied with that location and the branch manager’s response (Rebecca B. Calder – who promised to call me but never did and they never answered their phone during the multiple days that I tried calling after the car broke down). They’re the reason I had to rent a different car in Orlando in the first place and I will now be disputing the original rental through my credit card company because I was stuck with an economy car (a black Mitsubishi Mirage – try fitting suitcases and other travel bags in this!) instead of a midsize SUV for 5-6 days of my total rental and also used points for one of the days and they did not compensate me for that. An employee at the Roswell location said no one answered the phone because a few people had quit recently and they were short handed, but they didn’t even have the voicemail set up to be able to leave a message.

Enterprise in Miami 1717 do not ever go to that Enterprise they will put your life in danger and they will not take accountability they gave me a car that had no brakes and no fluid in the car I’ve contact several managers and no one have took accountability for what happened not only did they put my family lives in danger they also put other driver’s lives in danger I’ve never had a bad experience with Enterprise I have been conducting business with them for 10 years. just be very careful when you go to Miami make sure you check the brakes and check all fluid in car your life depends on it
