Non helpful, regardless of our situations that most of us end up in we need to be respected and appreciated that we even chose this entity to help us but when you have people like that working the front desk our communities don’t change. Cause we ain’t helping each other we putting down one another.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been going there FOR MONTHS, just to get told that I have to wait for a few more days/weeks. I don’t even know who is my case manager because NOBODY told me ANYTHING. I even got the certificates done, I spent my time, I stayed up until 3 a.m just to get those damn certificates done. AND I GOT NOTHING OUT OF IT. After all, I have to wait until the end of July to work JUST FOR 10 DAYS. School starts in 2-3 weeks.
