It’s been a great experience! I know each participant can vouch when I say that Rob and Merideth go above and beyond to accommodate for each of us individually. They have been nothing short of patient with us while allowing us to explore our career options post-Military. Without their guidance and resources, I wouldn’t be doing something I love! BufferSprings is a place where Vets and Mil-Spouses can come to, not only to grow, but to feel safe and included!

If you are a transitioning veteran who is able to utilize the DoD SkillBridge program, I would highly recommend BufferSprings as your destination. The remote work style is essential for the completion of your many mandatory appointments as you transition out. Rob and Merideth are both very approachable and eager to assist with any questions or concerns you bring their way. The real-life skillset you gain here can assist with obtaining gainful civilian employment that matches the level you deserve. If you are a transitioning service member looking for a DoD SkillBridge Internship that will provide you with training, new skills, and insight on how to succeed in the civilian workforce, BufferSprings is for you! The internship has allowed me to connect with many professionals within the Veteran community and learned a lot of information to help with my upcoming retirement. The program is flexible, supportive, and can open up many doors for your future success.
