Firstly, I appreciate the swift and efficient onboarding process. Receiving the offer letter and starting the onboarding procedures within minutes was quite impressive. The online setup made it convenient and seamless to complete the formalities. That said, I did face some challenges during the initial days, particularly with access to the portal. It took 2–3 days and required assistance from the ITIS team to resolve the issue. Ensuring smoother coordination for portal access could enhance the onboarding experience for future employees. I found the daily HR orientation calls very helpful in navigating my early days here. They provided clarity and guidance, which I truly valued. I would also like to highlight the mandatory Oracle certification training for Java. While I understand its importance, receiving clear timelines and expectations upfront would make it easier to manage alongside other responsibilities. Lastly, I’ve had several calls from different managers about potential projects. While I understand the collaborative nature of the role, some better coordination could help streamline this process.
