The owner was very rude to his staff and us. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t answer my questions. Didn’t provide copies as he stated. Provided false statements in report to insurance company. Studies results were based on opinions and not facts. Apparently they don’t understand how a fulcrum works as report indicated the area in which the foundation that had collapsed didn’t cause the other end to rise. Said the drain pipe had only 2 small leaks and no effect on the foundation movement other than directly over the leaks as all other movement occurred over several years due to tree roots. The cracks in the sheet rock were new and all the movement stopped once the pipe was replaced (it was deteriorated and split all the way from one end to the other of the entire 25′ pipe). Insurance company paid a lot of money for a 1″ think report with a lot of pretty pictures and some interesting information, but not complete, accurate, or based off of facts.

Absolute terrible company… I was there to see about a project and was told it wasnt my business and I was on private property. Do not do business with them.. They are racist and scammers.

no words, poorly treated as a guest. Called to leave a message for John Bryant, no return call, leads by example??? Guess it doesn’t matter how guests are treated in his business, and for the employee who was aggressive, and hostile towards me, you need to learn some manners as apparently you have none, and learn how to respect Women, because you don’t.
