Absolutely 5 stars! Fast work, great friendly people! My printer was dropped off about 10 am and was ready by 1! The charge for repair was reasonable to me because would have cost me over double for that for a new printer! I will aways recommend this place for future use! They also have used printers for sale.

So fantastic! The people were so friendly and knowledgeable. My printer problem was correctly diagnosed over the phone – and when I arrived with my printer, they fixed it in a few minutes. They FAR exceeded my expectations. Wow.
