This staffing is a waist of time. They only interview and waist your time, never giving you work or have any work. If you a welder don’t waist your time. A GOOD company will always weld test you before giving you, a in person interview or have you fill out paperwork. I don’t recommend this place for any welders unless you are desperate and your time is not valuable, be ready to waist your time and again would not recommend to any high profile welders. This company is incompetent to give people work.

I have extensive experience with Bruce staffing. I started my career here many years ago. They expect Professionalism in every job they place. In today’s job market there are a lot of jobs available but what about “The” job? Bruce staffing and their Placement Professionals know that to be competitive they have to send out the Best of the Best. So if that’s you, call this Staffing Service. If you make the cut, be vigilant and if they have a position available for you they will place you. You will not be placed in the best position they have “out of the gate”. Especially if you don’t have experience. You have to build trust. But if you have the drive and the demeanor, then this is the place to build experience as well. As I read the other reviews, I don’t think that the other applicants understand, that Bruce Staffing is sending them out to their Clientele. Their reviews are good reason as to why they were not hired.

was late to an interview and understood how that is a bad impression, but I was never told that mistake would forever “ban” from attempting to try there still? I had filled an application two weeks later and was told I’d receive a call for an interview from their receptionist. I call a week later and was finally told that being late deemed me as unhireable at their office? This should’ve been told to me way before instead of me wasting my time with their agency
