“”WARNING”” DO NOT USE BLUEHOST FOR BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE. Giving them (1) one star rating is way too much, A real rating for them should be a Minus (-10) stars. They will rip you off for as much of your money as they can by telling you how good they are, and you will get the best support there is. Then they “”WILL NOT EVER RETURN YOUR CALLS””. I wish I would have read all the reviews about Bluehost before I let them SCAM me out of my money to build a webpage, and now I cannot get any support from them (as I was told I would) unless I pay them more money. It’s all about how much money they can scam you for. I spoke to a representative named Matt and he just lied totally to me about everything. I have called him on his personal phone line (that he said was his) (7) times and left him messages to please return my call. He told me if I called him, he would return my call immediately (a damn lie). Never received any call’s back. Just look on the reviews on google and read the hundreds of bad reviews and you will see what I’m talking about. IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE WHAT I’M REPORTING TO YOU, GO AHEAD AND SIGN UP WITH THEM AND GIVE THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND GET RIPPED OFF AND FIND OUT YOURSELF, then don’t say I didn’t warn you. Just read all the reviews. They are very good con and scam artist. HOPE YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

This company is just robbing people. I got charged 6 weeks ago for $530 out of the blue and I can’t get my money back. I’m furious!! Spoke with a girl on the phone and they will not budge at all on their policy. Haven’t used the hosting services in 10 months… This feels unethical.

They were once one of the best. Now I would never recommend them to anyone. If anything, the purchase of the company was done to milk every last drop out of what’s left before driving it into bankruptcy. That said, if you ever see someone with Bluehost on their resume before 2017, you should hire them. They were the ones that built the company’s stellar reputation before this disgraceful fall.
