I had a disappointing experience with this recruitment firm during the screening process for a VP-level position. The interviewer showed up late, never turned on their camera, and offered no follow-up after the interview. I even sent a polite follow-up email asking for an update and was completely ghosted. A simple “thank you, but we’ve moved forward” message would have taken seconds and shown basic professionalism. Sadly, this lack of integrity reflects poorly on both the firm and the client they represent.
